Transfer on Arrival - At the exit on the arrivals area the client will be expected with a City Transfers UK poster with your name. The arrival transfer service covers 90 minutes waiting period after the estimated flight arrival time. In case of baggage problems or delays during the exit the client should immediately contact us or the free emergency number (+ 08003898368).
Departure Transfer - All passengers must call the booking office until 48 hours before departure, giving your name, hotel name, room number, date and time of departure. Passengers should wait the driver at the reception at the scheduled time, after the check-out. If the customer has problems, contact the emergency number (+ 08003898368).
Note:
- Children are considered as a passenger, it is important to tell the age of children when making your reservation so that it is provided with a suitable chair.
- If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the time of the transfer the price will be charged at 100%.
