Pacific Science Center

Pacific Science Center is voted among “50 top-rated family attractions” by Zagat Survey, featuring hands-on science exhibits, Just for Tots area, a planetarium and IMAX® Theaters featuring laser light shows. Take a stroll with hundreds of butterflies in the Tropical Butterfly House or see giant robotic dinosaurs.

Valid for Pacific Science Center general admission and admission to a 2D or 3D IMAX® film; some special engagement films or exhibits may require an additional fee. Admission to the Planetarium or Laser Matinee requires an additional fee of $3. Evening Laser Shows: Thursday all ages - $5, Friday - Sunday all ages - $8.50 (no shows Monday - Wednesday)

Open daily 10:00 am - 4:00 pm; until 6:00 pm weekends and holidays. CLOSED Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, September 14th through 25th, and all Tuesdays from September 29th through May 25th.

Woodland Park Zoo

The 92-acre, award-winning Woodland Park Zoo is hailed for its naturalistic exhibits. Safari to Africa where gorillas and lions roam. Enjoy a majestic herd of elephants, and the tuxedoed-birds who promise you a splash of fun! Explore Zoomazium, which offers a natural adventure of climbing, sliding and crawling for all those youngsters out there! Just minutes from downtown!

Valid for Woodland Park Zoo general admission. Willawong Station requires an additional $1 fee and Antique Carousel rides are $2 to be paid each at Zoo Front Gate or at Exhibit Entrance.

Open daily at 9:30 am, closing hours vary seasonally. However, zoo will close at 3 p.m. on July 10, 2009 for a zoo fundraiser. CLOSED Christmas Day.


The Museum of Flight or Experience Music Project/ Science Fiction Museum

At Experience Music Project, learn how to play the guitar, blend in with a crowd of fans, and be influenced by interactive music exhibitions. Science Fiction Museum is a breathtaking journey into the universe of science fiction. You get to meet the real E.T and contemplate Captain Kirk’s command chair.
