This is the user agreement which governs your use of this website, however not all of the products or services we provide are supplied by us, therefore the contract for the product and/or service will be between you and that third party.
General Section - please note that this section relates generally to your use of any Channel and to all products purchased. If special terms and conditions applied on the product by the third party supplier, and if there is a conflict or ambiguity between these General Terms and the Special Terms the Special Terms shall prevail. Such special Terms must be read and confirmed by you before payment.
- Please take time to read these terms and conditions it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship relating to your use of the Channels. We will not allow you to purchase any products from any of the Channels unless you have confirmed that you have read these terms.
- Except for the sale of a very small number of products (such as, for some entertainment tickets) our Channels operate to an agency model. This means that we act as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers, such as ticket for attractions, hotel. What this means is that the contract for the product is between you and the supplier. In most cases this will mean that there are additional terms and conditions governing the contract as each supplier will have terms and conditions relating to that product. Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us. You can easily request them from our Customer Services by using one of the methods detailed at the end of these terms. Where we act as agent this will mean that we have no contractual liability to you in respect of that product. However, we may still be liable to you if we have been negligent; we have misrepresented important information or have been in breach of any other relevant law. On the other hand, for some products, we act as principal. This means that the contract for the product is between you and us. We will let you know where we act as principal and where we act as agent.
- All products sold through go4better Channels are not an offer by go4better to sell any product, but an invitation to you to make an offer to our suppliers. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it. In some cases, we may send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Once we have processed your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the contract if you are purchasing from the website.
- Because the contract for the product is between you and the supplier any queries or concerns relating to the product should be addressed to them. You will see the name and address, plus contact details, for most suppliers at the bottom of the more info section for each product and for all suppliers in any confirmatory e-mail we send you. We will of course assist you with this if you wish - please contact Customer Services.
- Where your contract is not with go4better but with a third party supplier such as a tour operator or hotel, go4better may pass your credit card (or details of any other payment method allowed) and any other essential booking details to that third party. The placing of an order for any goods and services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.
- Please make sure that you have read and understood the more info sections on the Channels, it is your responsibility to make sure you have done so.
- You undertake to us that the details you give to us while using the Channels are correct in particular that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.
- If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform go4better via our web form or by contacting our Customer Services as soon as possible.
- We won't send you e-mails which you do not want but we can't guarantee that third parties to whom your details are sent won't do so.
- Our Channels will not stop you from making impossible bookings such as two tours to the different place at the same time or a tour to one place and attraction’s tickets to another at the same time. If you make that kind of booking we won't give you a refund.
- We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that is required in operating go.4better.co.uk there may be times when obvious errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, product or service or other detail displayed or presented on a Channel being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, but this of course will be without any liability to you.
- go.4better.co.uk does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Credit card companies charge us a fee when you pay with their cards and therefore a credit card fee is applied to some tour bookings made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. Changes and Cancellations
1. Changes and cancellations -by you
You must call us on 0871 559 4188 to change or cancel your product. All changes are subject to availability, limitations and restrictions of the relevant tours, hotel or attraction’s ticket (the “Supplier”). The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to you and to the extent we are refunded by the Supplier, we shall pass this refund onto you.
If you want to cancel or change your booking the payment card fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable. If the cancellation means that the Supplier charges a cancellation charge (which in some cases can be 100% of the booking value) or if the change means that the cost of your booking has increased (if, for example, you wish to upgrade to a more expensive hotel), you will need to pay such extra charges or costs in addition to go4better charges set out below.
If you wish to change or cancel any part of your product, an administration fee will apply. Please see the table below for specific fees applicable to your bookings:

2. Changes and cancellations – by us
Occasionally we may have to make changes to your booking. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of the change as soon as we are able to before your journey commences. If there is a significant change, which is not due to an event beyond our control, you will be offered a choice of an alternative comparable product (if available) or a refund. If the reason for the significant change to the booking is due to an event beyond our control (as described below) we will not be liable to offer you any compensation.
3. Significant changes are normally regarded as:-
i) A change of more than 12 hours in your departure time from the
ii) A change in your resort area overseas; or
iii) A change of accommodation to a lower classification than that which you have booked
In the unlikely event that your booking has to be cancelled, a full refund will be made of all monies previously paid to us to the person/s who originally paid for the booking.
4. Events beyond our control
These include: unusual, unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control, the consequences of which could not be avoided even if all due care has been exercised including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strife, government action, terrorist activity, natural or industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers or floods, closure of airports and may also include industrial dispute involving third parties, technical or maintenance problems or unforeseen operational decisions of air carriers such as changes of schedule or any failure in the information technology infrastructure (including but not limited to our website) or failure in internet connections. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions we regret that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by reason of such events beyond our control.
